Persyou have been named ‘Best Coaching Company for the Education Sector’
 

We are delighted to announce that Persyou have been recognised as the ‘Best Coaching Company for the Education Sector’, for providing ground-breaking coaching to senior managers within the education sector both in the UK and across the globe.

For those of you that aren’t aware of our story, Persyou was founded by Nicholas McKie in 2021 with a clear vision to bring the best thinking to the education sector. Nicholas started his career teaching in the UK and then internationally in Japan, China, Egypt and the US, noticing a concerning trend that teachers were not provided with the leadership, management and strategy training required to flourish compared with those holding senior positions in other industries.

We secured the Award following a comprehensive nomination, judging and research process ahead of the 2023 Midlands Enterprise Awards. Now in its seventh consecutive year, the Midlands Enterprise programme was created to recognise and award SMEs of all different sizes.
