We are very pleased to announce the winners of the 11th FOBISIA Short Story Competition since its inaugural launch in 2011.  This year's competition themed "Spark" has been hosted by Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong and judged by award winning writer, poet, performer and educator Mark Grist.
