The programme runs online over 9 to 12 weeks and includes two live Zoom sessions. A new feature this year is an additional webinar focused on AI classroom tools.

Karen Ardley Associates - Leading Learning From the Middle
Karen Ardley Associates are delighted to be offering a chance to experience our popular KAA Middle Leader programme remotely via Zoom. The programme is being hosted remotely in group facilitated sessions, led by our experienced facilitator Basman Zora, welcoming participants from across the globe. Dates: 10th, 11th, 17th, and 26th March 2026
This four-day programme provides the opportunity for middle leaders to improve their leadership behaviours and develop the skills required to make real changes to standards in their area of responsibility.

ESP - FOBISIA EARLY CAREER TEACHER PROGRAMME
Supported Online Professional Development for Recently Qualified Teachers (RQTs) in FOBISIA schools
This two-term online programme, delivered by ESP Education, offers structured CPD designed for teachers with less than three years’ experience.
This programme provides a supportive network and a clear pathway for teachers to strengthen practice and document professional growth.
More information on the next cohort will be shared in due course.
Best Practice Network - Early Childhood Special Educational Needs - Level 3 Award
Our Affiliate Member Best Practice Network is offering the Early Childhood Special Educational Needs (ECSEN) - Level 3 Award, with special rates for FOBISIA schools.
We recommend the 6-month course for any leaders, teachers, teaching assistants and support staff.
It will provide learnings on key skills to better identify needs and how to plan early support for neurodiverse & SEN students.
Candidates will receive an NCFE Award on successful completion of the course.
This course is based on our UK EYSENCo programme, which BPN have successfully delivered to over 7000 candidates and we are currently the sole accredited provider for the DfE in England.
The course can be completed 100% online with full support from our specialist team.
We are planning for the first cohort to begin in late September this year, but can confirm official dates with you in due course.
The course fee for FOBISIA school candidates after 10% discount is £855 (if school-funded) £1026 ( if self-funded - includes VAT).
