GRJ Education is a Leadership Development consultancy which offers a range of services to more than 60 independent schools across the UK and, from January 2022, our portfolio extends to FOBISIA member schools as a first part of a planned wider international expansion to the international school community.
Our services include
- regional and national collaborative Leadership Development Programmes for academic Heads of Department – where colleagues from different schools come together
- regional and national collaborative Leadership Development Programmes for Senior Leaders – academic, pastoral or otherwise
- individual, tailored and flexible Leadership Development Programmes for all Leaders, both teaching and non-teaching – for colleagues within one school.
Since 2020, we have also established a special partnership with SCIS (the Scottish Council of Independent Schools) to deliver a full suite of Leadership Development Programmes for colleagues across the sector.
Strong personal relationships, trust and personal development are at the core of what we do, and this is what makes us a bit different and unique. In order to fulfil these qualities, we encourage colleagues to actually “step-up” and lead as part of all our Programmes, with full support and evaluation from us.
All Programmes are reviewed annually to ensure that everything we deliver is “cutting edge”, and a considerable number of our clients gain promotions each year.
Our GRJ Education team is led by Gareth Johnson, whose background is whole school academic Leadership and Leadership Development both in the UK and overseas. and Our team comprises colleagues at the forefront of their Leadership responsibilities, representing some of the best independent schools in the UK.
