FOBISIA's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio aims to facilitate school improvement through shared professional development programmes that address the needs of Member Schools.  Through effective networking and collaboration we aim to share and deliver relevant, high-quality CPD, in order to promote best practice across Member Schools.

In order to achieve its aims and objectives, FOBISIA's CPD delivery is focused within and across geographic regions within Asia.  CPD Leaders from each Member School work directly with a CPD Committee made up of representatives from each region with the support of FOBISIA HQ.  The committee works to represent regional and individual school needs, develop the CPD calendar, provide quality assurance and lead innovation and development in CPD practice.
