Sunridge Associates is a much sought after training and consultancy company which draws on the extensive experience of their director, Helen O’Donoghue, from working in and leading schools in the UK and internationally, to help schools improve.

Helen’s leadership experience has seen her lead two IB World schools, open two Free Schools in London and deliver bespoke training and consultancy around the world. In the FOBISIA region, she has worked in Thailand, Vietnam, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong and Nepal in recent years

She has a close affiliation with a number of organisations and has worked in partnership with IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools), Fieldwork Education, New Schools Network, the University of Buckingham and is a recognised Ambassador for Leadership Matters and the British Council.
