Real Group is a team led by two educational psychologists who are committed to education and its ability to change lives. We build our team with talented and experienced individuals from diverse backgrounds. We primarily trade as Real Training, Real Psychology, Dyslexia Action (training and professional development) and Dyslexia Action Shop.  We value innovation, use evidence and apply psychology.

Through Real Training, we provide excellent continuing professional development and specialist training to thousands of education professionals in the UK and internationally. Almost all of our high-quality courses can be completed online and there are also opportunities to attend some face-to-face and bespoke courses which can be delivered anywhere in the world. Through Real Training, we have already worked with a number of FOBISIA school members, whose staff have completed a wide range of our online courses. Particularly popular are our SENCO qualifications and courses which provide the skills and knowledge required to undertake psychometric testing and access arrangements in schools.

Our current focus is on leadership, inclusion and training to provide supportive education to pupils with SEND and Dyslexia. Our courses are respected, accredited and supportively delivered. Our expert tutors are fully qualified and experienced professionals. We value diversity and inclusion and we like to work in partnership with organisations and with schools, universities, charities, government and competitors.
