The Federation of British International Schools in Asia

Ability Expeditions is the leading provider of educational adventure expeditions here in Sabah, and enjoys long-term affiliations with several FOBISIA member schools.

If your school is seeking community focused, or conservation and environmental focused service projects, a pairing of both, and/or appropriately challenging adventure elements, then Ability Expeditions can offer a highly professional proven approach to the planning and successful running of these key outdoor education curricular milestones for students. Whether it is a Year 5 introduction to "adventure summer camp" or a full-on Year 12 service and adventure challenge programme, all needs are carefully considered and accommodated.

We are a licensed ITAP provider of the acclaimed Duke of Edinburgh International Award, facilitating all levels of the award, including Gold Adventurous Journey and Residential projects.

We are also the only licensed emergency first response centre (facilitating globally recognised first aid courses) here in Borneo.

Ability Expeditions is incredibly fortunate and proud to own its own Adventure Centre, situated in the foothills of the Kiulu Valley, on the northern edge of the infamous 'Crocker Range Mountains'.  It is an ideal location to challenge the young and adventurous student body.  Self-development, team building and leadership are all natural elements of all our programmes.

The Ability team is a combination of local and international talent, all focused on providing the highest level of outdoor education programmes.
