The programme covers some of the key challenges, debates, and theories pertaining to marginalised identities.
It covers Disability, Race, Sexual Orientation, Gender, Sex, Pregnancy and Maternity, and Religion and Belief. Each session is clearly focused on one or two of these characteristics with a structured approach to developing a foundational understanding of issues and debates as well as vocabulary.
In each session we use the Being Luminary belonging Framework to develop leader skill in reflective practice and inclusive planning.
In the final stages of our work together, we move toward strategic planning and the co-construction of your DEI three year plan.

The content of this keynote centres around helping schools become 'safe harbour' through effective dialogue with stakeholders, learning about the issues and concerns, challenges, and debates that pertain to protected characteristics and marginalised identities, and creating luminary policies and practices.
