Blooming Minds Limited
Blooming Minds is a Hong Kong-based social-emotional learning practice specialising in culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches to child development, educator training, and school wellbeing — with a particular focus on the lived experiences of Asian families in international school communities. Founded by XingNi Liu (MSc Psychology, Harvard University), we work directly with students, train the educators around them, and partner with schools across Asia to build the conditions where every child feels safe, seen, and ready to learn. Our work is supported by InnerBloom, an AI-powered SEL platform built on the same methodology.
Key Products or Services:
Professional Development & Workshops — Bespoke training for educators, safeguarding leads, and school leaders on social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive pedagogy, delivered across international schools in ASIA.
