EAL Inclusive is an international education consultancy specialising in multilingual inclusion and language development within academically rigorous international school settings. We work with international and UK schools to strengthen how multilingual learners access the curriculum and demonstrate understanding across subjects.
Founded by Anna Leaman, an experienced English and EAL leader and SENDCO in UK and international schools, the organisation combines classroom expertise with evidence-informed practice. EAL Inclusive focuses on sustainable improvement, helping schools build internal capacity, consistent provision and confident staff teams so inclusive practice is embedded in everyday teaching.

EAL Inclusive works with schools through four main service areas:
- Whole-school review and strategy: evaluation of EAL provision, curriculum access and language development, followed by practical implementation planning for leaders and inclusion teams.
- Professional learning: workshops and coaching for teachers and departments focused on inclusive pedagogy, subject language demands and supporting multilingual learners in everyday lessons.
- Student provision: personalised online English support aligned with international curricula, helping learners participate confidently in lessons and transition into examination courses.
- Community engagement and ongoing support: parent programmes that strengthen home–school communication, alongside advisory partnerships that provide coaching and implementation support so approaches are embedded and sustained.
