Teachers get immediate insights into strengths and weaknesses, and students get instant feedback.

Educake uses the principles of retrieval practice to help students recall, revise and retain past learning more effectively. Students can set themselves quizzes in Educake, and they’ll get the same immediate feedback that they get on their Educake homework and classwork.

Based on retrieval practice and spaced learning, our Revision Wizard knows everything the student has completed so can suggest recommended revision or guide the student through new topics with study guides available for some subjects.Parents can purchase Educake as an individual subscription for their child. The package is currently science, English and maths. Parents receive regular updates on the progress of their child. Educake is an affordable and convenient alternative to a tutor. This is payable monthly.

Teachers can book a demo to get an idea of how Educake works before committing to a subscription. After a few months of using Educake, we offer a Top Tips training session which uses teacher feedback to share best practice to make sure you’re fully utilising all the features which will benefit your department or school. As we’re continually adding new development to Educake, this is also a good opportunity to get teacher feedback to help us continue to add value to the platform.
