Encompass Safeguarding Ltd is led by Ms Sian Jorgensen, who brings over 20 years of experience in Child Protection. We specialise in comprehensive Safeguarding consultancy, support, and training tailored for international schools. We offer crisis management, high quality training, facilitation of Child Protection enquiries, strategic planning, best practice advisory, safeguarding audits and policy development.

We recognize the unique challenges faced by Safeguarding Leads in international settings and offer essential support including professional supervision, peer supervision, and ad-hoc assistance with emotionally or reputationally challenging situations. We understand the complexities of working within international communities where situations are often very complex, confidentiality is crucial and local external support may be limited or inappropriate.

Our interactive professional development sessions and certificate courses are highly recommended and are designed to address the intricacies of working with diverse student communities in host countries. We focus on equipping schools with the skills to recognize and fulfill their duty of care for all students and staff, taking into account the challenges of local contexts and cultures.

Training and support can be delivered on-site, online, or through a hybrid format. We offer a number of existing courses as well as bespoke programs to meet your specific needs.
