IDG is a global human performance and leadership consultancy. We work with FOBISIA members to create experiential leadership development programmes which enhance the personal growth of students, teachers and leaders at all levels.
We deliver innovative programmes as addendums to established curricula, or as part of a professional development programme for teachers and leaders. Our work encourages our participants to be curious, take risks, embrace diversity, challenge assumptions, innovate, and explore a world of possibilities.
For teachers and leaders, we offer established, accredited qualifications in Leadership & Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Wellbeing, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion from Level 3 to Level 7. We are also experienced education professionals who are adept at embedding leadership into curriculum design, lesson planning and classroom delivery.
Since 2005, we have taught tens of thousands of children, students, apprentices and graduates, from all over the world, developing vital leadership life skills. Our delivery team are leaders from the worlds of business, sport and the military who have delivered to global corporate clients including HSBC, Barclays, Maclaren, Saudi Aramco, KPMG, Petroleum Development Oman and many more. We are currently delivering leadership programmes to students, teachers and leaders in education establishments in the Middle East, Africa and the UK.
