At the International Centre for Coaching in Education (ICCE), we are dedicated to transforming leadership in international schools through the power of executive coaching. We deliver Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualifications in coaching, specifically designed for senior leaders working in global education contexts. Our team are all experienced school leaders; we understand the challenges and opportunities in the sector and truly believe that coaching can be a key driver for school improvement. Training and qualifying as an Executive Coach is a great steppingstone for school leaders to truly embed a coaching culture in their school.
