Oppidan Education

Oppidan mentors’ students in international schools at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 to develop essential skills and improve academic outcomes.

Our mentoring in secondary schools prepares students for exams and inspires them for life beyond school. The following programmes can be delivered as standalone days or in combination as a 'Journey'. Almost all the schools we work with do so in a 'Journey' format.

We work with many of the UK's leading schools such as Eton, Godolphin &Latymer, Dulwich College and Harrow and many leading MATs such as Dixons, E-ACT and DRET.

Thailand
Our first two FOBISIA schools in Thailand are Wellington College Bangkok and Rugby School Thailand. We set up our Bangkok office in the summer of 2024.

South Korea
We are confirmed to begin our partnership with Dulwich College, Seoul in Autumn 2024 after establishing our Seoul office in late 2023.

We have two key options for secondary school students:

Mentor Training Journey
This programme trains older students to be mentors to younger students within their school before reflecting (in a 1:1 context) on their experience as mentors.

The COR Mentoring Journey
This programme is a series of termly 1:1 mentoring sessions for secondary students, each one focused on one of our key outcomes: character, oracy and readiness.
