The Mental Wellbeing Company delivers nervous system literacy and trauma-informed practice to schools, workplaces and communities, shifting the model from behaviour management to relational practice.
Gemma Atkins brings 20 years in education, including 17 years in educational leadership, as an ICF Accredited Coach, trauma-informed and nervous-system-informed practitioner, and NLP Master Practitioner. She is a global leadership coach, currently working with exec headteachers, senior and middle leaders across schools worldwide, alongside delivering coaching culture programmes and emotion coaching for children.
Rooted in the global statistics on teacher and leader mental wellbeing and the recruitment and retention crisis, the work is about culture change: understanding why pupils, staff and communities show up the way they do, and what can be done about it, to achieve sustainable, transformative impact.
