Founded in 1983 on Lantau Island, Hong Kong, Discovery Bay International School (DBIS) joined FOBISIA in 2010. 

The school follows a British type curriculum, and offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A Levels. 

Discovery Bay International School is accredited by an approved inspectorate.
