Founded in 2015 in Penang, Malaysia, XCL International School, Penang (XISP) joined FOBISIA in 2021. 

The school follows a British type curriculum, and offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and AS and A Levels.

XCL International School, Penang (XISP) is working towards accreditation by an approved inspectorate.
