Founded in 1991 in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar (KTJ) joined FOBISIA in 2007. 

The school follows a British type curriculum, and offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A Levels. 

Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar is accredited by an approved inspectorate.
